Welcome Jeff DeGrechie

To our valued customers

On August 3rd, Jeff DeGrechie is joining Adhesive Technologies, Inc. as the President and General Manager of the newly re-organized Ad-Tech Industrial Division. Many of you have known Jeff in his prior role as the Business Manager for National Starch's industrial distributor business and in an earlier life as the general manager for Dexter-Hysol's industrial division which included the Hysol adhesive business and Frekote mold release products. He is a known leader in these markets and a great asset for Ad-Tech.

Jeff's addition defines Ad-Tech's commitment to grow our industrial sales and to ensure that we make the required investments in this area to increase our value to our industrial distributors and customers. Jeff and I know that times are difficult and business is tough but it is also a time of change. Today's business world demands that we offer our customers the right products and new innovations that solve the adhesive needs of business. The goal of Ad-Tech is to make certain that you look first to us when you have an adhesive problem and recognize that we will continue to bring new solutions to the market swiftly and competitively.

Jeff knows that this is priority #1 for Ad-Tech and he has my support and that of everyone at Ad-Tech to make that happen. His experience in the industrial adhesive, equipment, and mold release markets spans 3 decades with some of the best names in the industry. That experience matches well with Ad-Tech's long history of innovative shaped adhesive systems and Jeff wants to expand our program further into specialty adhesives and products needed by industrial users throughout North America.

I truly hope that you are as excited as I am about Jeff's addition to Ad-Tech. Jeff and I want and need you to help us accomplish the challenge of that mission.

Jeff will be contacting many of you in the coming weeks to listen and learn what you need from Ad-Tech and to evolve the strategy for Ad-Tech's industrial division. The addition of Jeff is an investment in the future and evidence that Ad-Tech will be a serious supplier in the industrial adhesive market.
